De laatste keer dat we Marc op het circuit van Zolder aan het werk zagen was tijdens de 24 uren in 2007, die hij toen won. Vandaag, zondag 26 april, was The Goose terug op het Limburgse circuit om de eerste BRL-races van het seizoen 2009 te betwisten en hij ging verder op zijn elan.

The last time we saw Marc racing on the Zolder track was during the 24h of Zolder in 2007. He did win that race and today, April 26th 2009, “The Goose” continued with his winning streak during the first BRL races of the season.

Ook op zondag blijft “The Goose” in zijn ritme. Hij wint race 1 en is tweede in race 2.

Marc is er vanmiddag in geslaagd om direct de pole positie te realiseren voor de eerste race van het seizoen. Hij werd van kortbij gevolgd door regerend kampioen Donald Molenaar en Sandor van Es.

Marc has qualified himself in pole position for the race of tomorrow. The Goose was 0.1 second faster then reigning champion Donald Molenaar and Sandor Van Es.

Marc heeft afgelopen weekend een akkoord bereikt om deel te nemen aan de 12u van Spa van 5-7 juni. Hij vormt team met Nicolas De Crem en Julien Schroyen in de Audi A4.
